Clean Rooms are so called because there is a strict environmental control that mainly involves:

• Filtration and air flow
• The relative humidity of the air
• At room temperature
• The control (counting) of suspended particles,
• Among other controls that are governed by current technical standards.

Clean Rooms are environments isolated from others, and are thus classified according to ABNT norms and legislative norms of the ANVISA, aiming to control contaminants within a specific pre-established limit.

These places are mainly destined to the manipulation or production of medicines; testing and vaccine laboratories; collection and handling of biological and chemical materials; product packaging; industrial processes of food or electronic equipment; operating rooms, among other activities that require control in order to avoid microbial and particle contamination.

Due to these delicate processes, where there is constant concern about the risk of contamination through particles, bacteria, fungi, etc., there are equipment and filters available for the treatment and control of air quality, which enable monitoring and certification, preventing thus, contamination of the environment and exposed materials.

Clean Room Equipment

Caixa CQA:: The Model CQA Filtration Boxes for ducts are indicated for the installation of absolute HEPA filters inside, in order to guarantee perfect support and watertightness, due to the fact that they have robust stops downstream.
Caixa filtersept: The Terminal Boxes Model FILTRASEPT, with absolute HEPA filters Class H13 and H14 are applicable where there is a need for air purity. FILTRASEPT models are designed and built to guarantee perfect watertightness in the Box/Filter assembly.
CRM box: The Disposable Filter Boxes Model CRM are used in filter linings or plenum for clean rooms, where high quality in the removal of submicron particles is required. They have flow adjustment through the air outlet, in order to avoid access disorders through the air inlet.
CRM+F box: The Permanent Filter Boxes Model CRM + F are not disposable as presented in the previous version (CRM), but have the main advantage of changing only the filter and not the entire set. Used in filtering linings and clean rooms, they have flow regulation on the air outlet side, thus avoiding access disorders through the air inlet.
Fan Filter Unit: Ventilation and Air Filtration Equipment, was developed for installation in Clean Rooms and Classified Areas. Manufactured in three dimensions, they meet different air flow needs.
