The Pleated Cartridges for Water Filtration, CPL model, are made of durable, reusable polyester nonwoven and are suitable for a variety of filtration uses.
They are resistant to bacteria and various chemicals. They provide high particulate retention capacity and extended life due to their large filtration area.

The material is pleated pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength and the ends are dipped in thermoset vinyl plastisol.

The ends of the pleats are recessed and sealed, in this way the components are joined, forming a unique sealing end. The cover is ultrasonically welded to reduce internal bypass, which improves filtration efficiency.
