High Temperature Filters
A Linter Filters, always committed to producing new technologies according to market needs, developed the High Temperature Absolute Filters.
They work in filtration processes at very high temperatures. Filters can reach processes up to 399°C, safely and efficiently.
Os High Temperature Filters Linter are applicable in the following situations:
- Hot air/gas supply or exhaust processes
- Pre-filtering (in general)
- drying ovens
- paint ovens
- Pharmaceutical and cosmetic segments
- Bottle sterilization tunnels
- Sterilization ovens among others.
Supplied in different sizes and flow rates (250 to 2.500m³/h), the filters are made of stainless steel, aluminum separator and microfiber glass sealing element, which surrounds and compresses the filter element, forming a mechanical seal between the frame and the element.
This technology guarantees 99,97% filtering efficiency for particles of 3 µm (EN 1822 – Class H13), as the seal ensures the watertightness of the product.
